meditation
Meditation is a technique that has been used for thousands of years to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention. This consciousness-changing practice has many benefits on our psychological wellbeing and overall wellness. Even if you have never done a meditation before we will guide you through your first experience.
yoga
The systemic study & practice of yoga dates back to the early centuries of the Common Era 3rd and 5th century BC and aim to still the mind and build body-mind alignment. In the states we often think of yoga as just the asana, or postures. We practice, study and teach the history, philosophies and elements of all areas of yoga including yamas, niyamas, breathwork, aka pranayama, and meditation.
